Refunds and Returns

Thank you for shopping with NADura Plus. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
    • Products needing to be refrigerated.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at enquiries@naduraplus.com within the return period to request a return authorisation.
  2. Send the item to:

  3. Please include your order number and proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a refund, repair, or replacement at no extra cost to you.
