Shipping Policy

NADura Plus is a UK based business and one of our aims is to ensure customers can begin using their purchases as soon as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are despatched and delivered.

UK Shipping

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday. The cut off time for next day delivery is 5pm.

• £9.99 next working day delivery.
• FREE UK SHIPPING on all orders over £200 (subtotal).

Please note: If you place an order after 5pm on a Friday, your order will be despatched the following Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Bank Holidays and Busy Periods

Our offices are closed on UK Bank Holidays. This means orders will not be processed or despatched on these days. Please place your order in advance to ensure delivery when you require.

During busy periods such as promotions and seasonal peaks, there may be delays in despatch and delivery. If next day delivery is temporarily unavailable due to operational demand, this will be clearly shown at checkout.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international delivery. Orders can only be delivered to UK addresses.
