Dosage

If you’re just getting started, we suggest beginning with a 50 mg dose for three consecutive days to help elevate your NAD+ levels and build a strong foundation. After that, move into a maintenance rhythm: a 50 mg dose every second or third day, depending on your needs.

Storage

To maintain potency, store NAD+ cartridges in the refrigerator between uses. Before administration, allow the cartridge to sit at room temperature for approximately 10 minutes. This facilitates smoother pen activation and reduces the likelihood of mild discomfort sometimes associated with injecting cold solutions.
